Travel from Georgetown to Parika. Begin your adventure with a scenic road transfer from Georgetown to Parika, where you’ll board a riverboat and head into Guyana’s historic waterways. Estimated pick-up time 06:30am (Georgetown). Meeting location details will be communicated at least 48 hours prior to tour departure.

Cruise the Lower Essequibo River. Relax and enjoy a boat cruise along the Lower Essequibo River while taking in the lush riverbanks and learning about the area’s early colonial and indigenous heritage, colonial history, and importance to Guyana’s development.
