Fitness to Travel: Many Golden Rocket Tours experiences involve outdoor activities, remote destinations, varying terrain, changing weather conditions, and transportation by road or water. It is the Traveler’s responsibility to ensure they are in good health and physically capable of undertaking the booked Tour.

Golden Rocket Tours strongly recommends that Travelers consult their physician before Booking if they have any pre-existing conditions, are pregnant, or have recently undergone surgery or medical treatment.

Golden Rocket Tours will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requirements but cannot guarantee that all requests can be met.

Golden Rocket Tours reserves the right to decline a Booking or remove a Traveler from a Tour if an undisclosed medical condition presents a risk to the Traveler, other participants, or Tour personnel.

Travel Health & Entry Requirements: Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they meet all vaccination, health, passport, visa, and entry requirements for their destination(s). Requirements may change at any time, and it is the Traveler’s responsibility to verify and comply with all applicable government and transportation provider requirements prior to Departure Date.

Golden Rocket Tours is not responsible for any costs, delays, denied boarding, refused entry, or other consequences resulting from a Traveler’s failure to meet such requirements.

  • Causes damage to accommodations, vehicles, equipment, property, or the natural environment
  • Violates local laws, customs, or regulations
  • Materially disrupts the safety or enjoyment of the Tour experience for other Travelers

The decision of the Tour Director or Guide is final in all matters relating to Traveler conduct while on Tour.

The accompanying adult assumes full responsibility for the minor's participation, conduct, safety, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions throughout the travel experience.

Certain Tours, activities, or accommodations may have minimum age requirements or may not be suitable for young children. Golden Rocket Tours reserves the right to impose age restrictions when necessary for safety or operational reasons.
